2 Guns Film Review

Storyline - the storyline in this movie is entertaining enough for you to watch if you like action movies then this movie is for you and if you like comedy there is comedy In this movie for you to laugh at throughout the movie to enjoy, this type of movie is when Mark Wahlberg & Denzel Washington teams up and serves you an action movie that you will never forget this is the type of movie this is a good one.

Camera Movements- the camera movements in this movie is good there is some times the camera I found that it might be too close to the actors but it is good, a lot of the times I was able to see the movie set and the other supporting cast.

Background – the background of this movie is good the movie sets were convincing and the soundtrack was nice, the lighting was perfect and the explosions in the movie was realistic and gun fire was convincing and the sound affects used for the gunfire was great.

Character Development – the characters where introduced to us was great, there background was easy to figure out and told us how much these two characters kicked ass in this movie.

Acting – Denzel Washington’s performance in this movie is spectacular his acting was convincing, Mark Wahlberg’s performance once again delivers us great acting and great fun to see on film his acting in this movie is also convincing.

Editing - this movie is well edited, the storyline was on the right track, the soundtrack was good and the lighting was good in this movie, and the sound affects was great.

Audio – the audio in this film was good, the soundtrack covered the scenes really good, the sound level was good enough to hear, the explosions was good to hear, the gun fire was also good.

Visuals – the visuals for this film was good, the lighting of the movie is great, and the visual effects were great.

Direction – the direction was all right there was some scenes I will say I wish it picked up but other than that the movies direction is all good, the movie is directed by Baltasar Kormakur, you may know of his other movies like (Everest, Contraband, & The Deep) now I have seen two other of his movies that he has directed (Everest, and Contraband) and I didn’t really like those movies but this one I do and I appreciate his directing for this film.

Personal Opinions - in my personal opinion of this movie is that this movie is re watchable and I will suggest you give it a shot, and I liked the chemistry between Denzel Washington & Mark Wahlberg.

Conclusion – for the final verdict of this movie I give it a 7 out of 10, watchable film for a quite night or nothing to do time.
