50 First Dates Film Review

Summary - Henry Roth lives in a Hawaiian paradise with the company of endless women with no strings attached. This is until he meets Lucy Whitmore. Both Henry and Lucy enjoy the company of each other and feel the start of a serious relationship occurring. Approaching Lucy the next day, Henry is confused when Lucy fails to recognize him. This is the moment Henry discovers that Lucy actually suffers from short term memory loss and can't remember each individual day. Henry won't let this stop him and is prepared to make her fall in love with him all over again, each and every day.

Storyline – I found the storyline good, the one thing I’ll never understand is the whole waking up every day and thinking it’s a specific day every day and forgetting everyone each day, but other than that this movie is a good watch the story was entertaining the characters were interesting and the movie was a good watch.

Camera Movements- the camera movements in this movie is great, no shaky cam, the camera angles were good in this movie I saw the actors and movie sets clearly and I was able to understand what was happening in the movie.

Background – the movie sets were great in this movie very convincing I thought they were in actual building it turns out they were real they were booked buy the Director so they can use the location for the film to be filmed at.

Character Development – the chemistry between Adam Sandler & Drew Barrymore is fantastic even we have seen (The Wedding Singer, Blended) with the both casting in them so they work very good in the movie they were fun they were interesting I really think that the movie worked because of their chemistry.

Acting – Adam Sandler’s Performance in this movie is great one of his best back in 2004 I found his character portraying convincing, Drew Barrymore yet again Delivers a great performance in the character she is Portraying and she was very convincing.

Editing – this movie is well edited, the movie’s plot was good, the soundtrack score was good, the lighting was great and the scenes went smoothly.

Audio – the audio for this movie is great, the soundtrack put the movie together, when there was a sad scene, a sad song would be playing, when there was a romance scene there was a romantic music going in the background.

Visuals – the visuals for this movie is ok, the lighting was great, and the tone was great, the setting of the film was great.

Direction – the direction this movie took was alright I was digging the idea of this movie a real entertaining movie and a movie that I can really suggest to friends to watch.

Personal Opinions – in my personal opinion I like this movie are watchable movie and a movie to watch with a loved one or your girlfriend and friends on a movie night or whenever, I like the way they made this movie.

Conclusion – the final verdict I give this movie is a 7 out of 10 a watchable romance and this movie show what some guys will do to be with the one they love.
